Program Description

TixCatch is an alert service. TixCatch Price Alerts is an SMS program that lets users request recurring text alerts for monitored ticket events. When you opt in, TixCatch may send SMS messages about your requested ticket price alerts, including alert confirmations, alert status messages, payment links for continued alert service, support responses, and notifications when monitored ticket prices meet or fall below your selected target price.

Ticket Listings and Purchases

TixCatch does not sell tickets. Any ticket purchase happens on the third-party ticket marketplace linked in an alert and is subject to that marketplace's terms and policies. TixCatch does not guarantee ticket availability, and TixCatch does not guarantee that a listed or alerted price will remain available when you visit the ticket marketplace.

Free and Paid Event Alerts

Each phone number is eligible for one lifetime free matching-price SMS alert, shared across all unpaid alert rules associated with that phone number. If more than one unpaid rule is being monitored, the first rule to meet its selected target and send the free matching-price SMS uses the phone number's free alert. Creating another rule, changing an existing rule, or using the same phone number again does not provide another free alert. After the free alert is used, payment is required before any uncovered rule can continue monitoring.

Completing a purchase before the free matching-price SMS is sent provides the purchased access without using the phone number's free alert. Single-event access applies only to the identified event alert rule. TixCatch may also offer one-time alert packages covering all active events, selected events, or a stated number of event alert rules for the duration shown at checkout.

Package coverage, allowance, price, start date, and expiration are displayed before purchase. “Unlimited” refers to the number of eligible event alert rules that may be covered during the access period; message frequency continues to depend on alert thresholds, cooldowns, monitored price activity, and reasonable service safeguards. Editing an existing covered rule does not create a new purchase. Access ends when the purchased term expires, the included events become inactive, the package is refunded, or SMS consent is withdrawn. All currently offered paid options are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Purchases are subject to the TixCatch Refund Policy.

Message frequency varies based on your alert settings, monitored events, ticket price activity, and your interactions with TixCatch.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from TixCatch and for messages you send to TixCatch. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Replying STOP unsubscribes your phone number from all TixCatch SMS alerts, not only one event alert. After you send STOP, TixCatch may send one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from TixCatch unless you opt in again.

SMS Delivery and Carrier Liability

SMS delivery is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed, filtered, or undelivered for reasons outside TixCatch's control. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your use of TixCatch Price Alerts is also governed by the TixCatch Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Responsibilities

TixCatch is intended for users with U.S. mobile numbers. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number.

Changes

TixCatch may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
